Kitchen: deep sinks, lots of storage, cabinets and drawers

Stairs to upper rooms and bathroom. Just past the living/common room past the front door. Note the hardwood flooring! The Blue House, aside from kitchen and bathrooms, has hardwood flooring.

Another shot of the shared living space just before the kitchen. Note the built-in china cabinet. The dishes in there belong to a house mate that is moving out. There will be plenty of space available to place dishes if not in the kitchen cabinets.

The downstairs bathroom. Please excuse the festive Halloween shower curtain if it is too bloody for your taste... of course that can be changed too. It is a full bathroom with built-in shelving, a tub/shower combo, and a toilet --- all working.

You can paint the walls in this house, as long as you do not damage property (knock out walls/knock holes in walls) you can redecorate to your taste.
