DETAILS ON THE LARGE ROOM:

The 300 sq ft room is big enough for two people or for a cat/dog owner. This room has a large closet and nice hardwood flooring.  This room is furnished. (king-sized bed, couch, and sofa chair with clean linens).

DETAILS ON THE SINGLE SIZED ROOMS:

The 100 & 150 sq ft rooms upstairs are single rooms for people with no or small pets.  There is also easy access to an upper level bathroom.

All in all, It just depends on what you are looking for and if you think you can achieve it with the space available.

House rules include basic, common courtesy. 

If you desire to live here, be responsible enough to not upset your house mates WITHIN REASON.

People work and/or go to college in this house. 

You must be respectful enough not to come in making a lot of noise at one in the morning or bring strange people (people your house mates don't know) in at all hours of the night.  We don't want our belongings stolen because you were trying to be nice to that person you just met at the bar or on the street.  Drug use/abuse will NOT be tolerated.

Pets allowed!   HOWEVER, we do not want a house full.

NOTE:  "HOUSE MATES NEEDED."

THIS IS SHARED HOUSING.  THE NAMES OF THE TWO PEOPLE LIVING HERE ARE: FERGUS EXILE AND WILLIAM McCALL.  IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, YOU WILL MEET THEM WHILE TOURING THE HOUSE.

AGAIN, THIS IS SHARED HOUSING.  THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE.  THERE ARE SINGLE ROOMS FOR RENT /  RENTING THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS UNAVAILABLE.
